This review has NOTHING to do with the Scottsburg staff. They have always been good to me. However, since the VA quit allowing you to directly call your local clinic, proper care, has deteriorated rapidly. You now have to call the Louisville VA who, may/may not relay a message. You may go days in limbo. I have a message in right now for a return call......and three days later....I am still waiting. This is a perfect example of government inefficiancy.
