This review has NOTHING to do with the Scottsburg staff. They have always been good to me. However, since the VA quit allowing you to directly call your local clinic, proper care, has deteriorated rapidly. You now have to call the Louisville VA who, may/may not relay a message. You may go days in limbo. I have a message in right now for a return call......and three days later....I am still waiting. This is a perfect example of government inefficiancy. Terrible place! I was shooed away when I was sweating through my clothes barely able to drive. I went on to have multiple seizures in a store in Indianapolis on camera. I’m thinking about getting the doctor for malpractice!!!
My most recent visit was with Dr. Wilson, I am glad to say that Dr. Wilson treated me like a patient, explaining everything to me. Dr.Razzino is a very nice and caring Dr., the Pharmacist is an outstanding young man also.
