This review has NOTHING to do with the Scottsburg staff. They have always been good to me. However, since the VA quit allowing you to directly call your local clinic, proper care, has deteriorated rapidly. You now have to call the Louisville VA who, may/may not relay a message. You may go days in limbo. I have a message in right now for a return call......and three days later....I am still waiting. This is a perfect example of government inefficiancy. Terrible place! I was shooed away when I was sweating through my clothes barely able to drive. I went on to have multiple seizures in a store in Indianapolis on camera. I’m thinking about getting the doctor for malpractice!!!
My most recent visit was with Dr. Wilson, I am glad to say that Dr. Wilson treated me like a patient, explaining everything to me. Dr.Razzino is a very nice and caring Dr., the Pharmacist is an outstanding young man also.
If your getting labs done here good luck. I waited over 45 minutes to get my labs done and people who came 20 minutes after me were getting labs done first. They want you here 45 minutes early for your appointment then don't call you back till 20 or 30 minutes after your appointment time. I suggest going to the hospital on zorn
