Zero stars would be more accurate. My husband has been neglected for years and can only get minimal care by threatening to file a malpractice lawsuit in writing. One of the biggest things the VA refuses to address is his chronic pain due to his back and neck injuries which are service connected. The VA in ft smith is great !yes sonetimes tge phone wait can be long but that us nit there fault they are so kind an amazing everytime i have been there with my father!There is some Veterans that has no family members will to help them !
