The people at the desks is letting us down most not all have bad attitudes and don't even act like they care
I'm really thankful that we have a wonderful VA clinic and branches here in Lawton. It's the best thing for veterans in texhoma area. I have yet to find a reason to complain The staff is great, the service is marvelous and the environment is Veterans friendly 🥰
In all of my years going here, never have I received satisfactory service. I've had to argue and fight with the staff numerous times for issues I'm not only entitled to but are covered by my rating. This last dr told me that the pain in my mouth is cosmetic. He completely disregarded my wishes of fewer procedures. Instead, he insisted on 4 or 5 treatment plans. All of which I rejected. I had an appointment scheduled November 2024 for appointment was made March 6, 2025. March 5 I got reminder about this appointment. I said yes I’m still going.. March 6, 2025 comes I go to the appointment. I check in after I check in. I get an alert on my phone that ask me am I still coming to the appointment? I said yes. a nurse proceeds to call my name I go back and they tell me that the appointment was canceled. nobody didn’t call me. I guess there was an issue that the doctor couldn’t be there. Needed assistance for my father in law to get his heart medicine after he moved, I was immediately helped and they acted quickly to get his meds over nighted with refills. Jennifer was awesome in giving her time and effort to make this happen!
