Terrible place. They screw up your medications. They don’t call back. I have been waiting here for 30 minutes to sign in. The lady at the front desk is busy showing pictures on her phone to patients . I have pictures of the lady wasting time
The people at the desks is letting us down most not all have bad attitudes and don't even act like they care
I'm really thankful that we have a wonderful VA clinic and branches here in Lawton. It's the best thing for veterans in texhoma area. I have yet to find a reason to complain The staff is great, the service is marvelous and the environment is Veterans friendly 🥰
In all of my years going here, never have I received satisfactory service. I've had to argue and fight with the staff numerous times for issues I'm not only entitled to but are covered by my rating. This last dr told me that the pain in my mouth is cosmetic. He completely disregarded my wishes of fewer procedures. Instead, he insisted on 4 or 5 treatment plans. All of which I rejected. It didn't matter. His word was law. To be told that my pain is cosmetic and dismissed like I didn't matter is not only insulting but downrigh... read more
