Horrible care. VA is all about testing and chipping away at benefits. Today, August 6, 2020, I had a terrible phone call from a Dr. Tempco. She was aggressive, insinuating and disrespectful. She took great umbrage when I forgot her name. At that point, she yelled, "I am DOCTOR Tempco...' With that, I informed her that I was done using VA for any medical needs. The call center is ridiculous. For DAYS I tried calling DOCTOR Tempco, but I didn't have the time to wait anymore after 20 minutes on hold. - THREE times. I miss Dr.... read more
