The Florence Veteran Affairs Homebase Care nearly killed a veteran about a year ago by not providing the Veteran’s proper health treatment after he experienced a fall and hurt his hip and broke his arm. Veteran could barely walk and had a severely broken arm, when I saw him after his accident he was still in his hospital gown and had not eaten for three days.
