Just rude. On the phone on hold for 16 minutes, they answer, last name and last 4 and they disconnect. I call again and they answer immediately, but wait because they transfer it to the wilmington VA where some operator falsly accuses me of yelling? Than I am being told I can get my flue shot October 26th? I mailed my federal rep. to see if I can get my medical care outside the VA.
I've been to Philly Va Hosp, Perry Point Va Hosp, Wilm Va Hosp....all in patient for surgeries×4 and various ailments. Dover Va clinic is proficient and gets it done. Joy and Jackie are wonderful care providers. They make this a comfortable place for Veterans to receive care. Thank you Ladies. Tim
