March 2026, contacted them was told 7 months just to get an appointment for a cleaning. Then they cancelled the appointment by sending me a letter in the mail. They made no attempts to get me back on schedule they just hoped I’d give up. Then I had to call dozens of times after receiving the letter, leaving voice mails every time (I left like thirty) just to get back on the schedule for a cleaning ended up waiting three additional months.
