Canceling 3 consecutive appointments. They reschedule the appointments 3+ months out only to reschedule them the day of the appointment again, and again. Leading to not being seen in over a year. Dismissive phone communications when rescheduling by the staff when a patient has a concern that requests to be seen sooner. I've heard similar issues from other veterans. This should be considered to be investigated thoroughly if veterans cannot be accommodated in a timely manner.
The best Dental service I have ever received. I have been to multiple private practices throughout my life, but I have never come across this type of service before. The staff members are truly professionals in their field, and the environment is very positive. They are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. If you are apart of the VA, you need to go here!
