Been trying to finished my implants for 2 years was fee out to a great dentist but now I have see a implants specialist to get the top implants. I truly believe they just want people to get frustrated and give up. So much for service!
I’ve tried calling multiple times. The VA Patient advocate doesn’t even answer the questions home or return messages. I’ve tried getting into the dentist for months. Now I have to pay out of pocket for something I shouldn’t.
It is extremely frustrating trying to make a appointment. You can not get anyone to answer the phone

Atlanta VA Dental is horribly managed and their inefficiencies are epic. Everything from trying to make an appointment to referrals to community care is nothing short of incredibly frustrating. The care is ok once you finally get, but the admin issues and red tape make it hardly worth it. Perhaps that’s their goal. I travel a lot and have sought dental care in2 other VA systems. Clearly, it doesn’t have to be this way. The people in charge of dental care are absolutely failing.
