I have had a different doctor every month for the past several years. New doctor wants me to get new xrays and writes a referral without faxing it to Premier. I get to Premier and they wont take the handwritten referral due to being unable to read it. Just take the drive to Murfreesboro or try to be seen in community care.
Employees at the front are very friendly. Doctors are the best. All tests are on the portal to see. I can't believe anyone is having trouble at this clinic. And most of it is free or at reduced cost on meds. You have to have an IQ higher than room temperature to use the portal.

Front desk women are rude, act annoyed that you even called them. Called to make an appointment for wrist pain and was told to go to the hospital. Why does the VA have a doctor's office if they won't see they're patients. I only see my doctor once every 12 months. Cookeville VA is a joke and needs to be closed down. Veterans, don't waste your time with the Cookeville office.
Second appt in a row that they've called to cancel on the day of the appt (which both happened to be on a Friday). They said the person my husband was scheduled to see (Greenfield) had "called in sick" (both times)!
