Very helpful
Front desk women are rude, act annoyed that you even called them. Called to make an appointment for wrist pain and was told to go to the hospital. Why does the VA have a doctor's office if they won't see they're patients. I only see my doctor once every 12 months. Cookeville VA is a joke and needs to be closed down. Veterans, don't waste your time with the Cookeville office.
Second appt in a row that they've called to cancel on the day of the appt (which both happened to be on a Friday). They said the person my husband was scheduled to see (Greenfield) had "called in sick" (both times)!
This place is complete garbage!! Don't return your calls. Almost out or blood pressure pills and won't do anything for me! Been over a month since my last labs and still haven't gotten my results. Put you on hold forever when the do answer, then it automatically hangs up on you. Pitiful place to get even the most basic care. Total disregard and disrespect to us combat veterans that are EVEN 100% VA disabled!!! Completely WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!
April 15 2025 history of degenerative budging disc and ask pain management refusing me because I drink didn't ask me if I want help with that but acupuncture and new images will help said there a dispenser at end of mall beside pain management and the va clinic in cookville said see you in a year for labs that's all they want veteran have been experiment on want never go to another va clinic or hospital
