If you want anything done in a timely manner, go to a different doc! Hold times in the phone? 30+ minutes today. Not enough PCP to handle the amount of people using the facility. Rude people answering the phone, when they do, because they are completely understaffed!!

The new facility is awesome !! Simple to navigate, user friendly, comfortable, and the staff & volunteers are the absolute best.
The clinic is a lot nicer than the old one for sure. A little impersonal but its seems to work. My gripe is the answering service. If we call to talk to our clinic we should be able to and not some answering service call center that doesnt have a clue about us. I don't like nor do I agree with it. This " we'll leave a msg and they have two days to call you back crap is absolute horse shit! End of rant
Great care clean timely everyone try's to help always ready to help they are doing a great job
