I was told that that as a veteran I could not be seen there and that I needed to go to an urgent care across the street. I really don’t understand why would a VA clinic not see a veteran when they are registered in the system regardless what state they are from, but we will send them to a local urgent care facility across the street when the VA clinic is open. If you are a minority and want a drug test during 50% of your medical appointments due to suspect doctors, try this VA clinic. Oh, they also lack refresher training course reminders on who their audience is (hint, it’s not the minority Veteran), so you may have to occasionally write to your senator or file documented complaints. PS, you can count on the clinic Director to make excuses for inept care/service. Do I trust VA? No!

My opthamology tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. She advised me on future appointments and when I'm doing upgrade. She went over and beyond for me. I really enjoyed the appointments at the VA Clinic just don't mind them at all. Thankful they are there for me. Her name is Denise so shout out girl I think you're awesome. Thanks for fixing my right hearing aid I'll try not to break it again LOL
