Great staff. Always helpful, polite, professional.
Enrolled for about 1 year and have had no problems. Personnel her are friendly and nice. The VA has been good to me.
Not familiar with the VA system but 20 year retired AF. Very nice this far. Usual government "red tape" but very caring individuals at Palestine clinic, going above and beyond try to help. Pretty sure I'm going to switch primary care from civilian practice to VA for many reasons, even if it means a little longer wait time! I'm a priority 4, catastrophly disabled, non service connected.
