My husband and I purchased our first commercial property as an investment for our and our children's future. My realtor recommended VA Commercial Roofers to inspect the roof. He had many of his commercial clients use them over the years. They found a few areas that needed repairs. We hired them to make the necessary repairs they made the whole process easy. Everything was cleaned up and returned to original state. I would use them again.

We had the best experience with VA Commercial Roofers. We had issues with the roof of our office building and had paid multiple companies to to fix, repair and patch with each company insuring us they know how to fix it, just for the same problem or even a new issue to happen again. We work out of several of the spaces and lease the remainder and having water leaking from the ceiling was not an option. These guys really know how to get the job done right. We purchased a commercial building several years ago and had an inspection at the time of purchase with no red flags. A few years in we began to have roof problems, we have paid several companies to fix the problem for it only to come back again. I highly recommend VA Commercial Roofers. I have had them recover 3 torch down roofs with a TPO roof on commercial buildings I own. I have worked with many roofers over the years and I must say I was really impressed by everyone. The crew was on time, was careful to keep the noise down, they were professional and polite. I will be using them for more of my buildings in the future.

We are so pleased with VA Commercial Roofers. They did a beautiful job on our businesses flat roof replacement. They were very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. We had done repairs and a replacement to a home we owned before but this was an entirely new experience for us. The roof looks great! Thanks for such a great experience!
