After they left, I figured out that all I had to do was level it. Had them come out to repair my at our café.. they misdiagnosed it as the water inlet valve. Instead of having them come out again once they receive the part I ordered the part number that they told me installed it and still didn’t work. Turns out all I had to do was level the ice machine ugh!! I really wish their technicians were knowledgeable enough to figure that out instead of throwing parts at it.
