I went in with my list of issues they legit took my vitals and pretty much sent me On my way… I’m so tired of dealing with some of my physical ailments… That with all the mental stuff going on can be so much sometimes. I’m miserable
Tried for 3 Days to get ahold of my primary care physician and no one will even pick up the phone there I tried other departments in the same thing this clinic is the worst I have ever been to as far as VA facilities go
My first visit with this facility is an example of how and why so many veterans end up homeless and addicted to drugs. I was new to this facility having lost my private insurance; I informed the Doctor I was w/drawing from a fentanyl patch. No questions about how, why, when... just demeaning response. I can't give you fentanyl patches. I didn't ask for them and as my new doctor shouldn't you be concerned?? He could have asked why are you on fentanyl, how long, how many MG patches are you on? or there's medication to help wit... read more
This VA clinic is the absolute worst VA clinic we have ever encountered. They are all apathy and no empathy. It literally took 11 months for my husband to receive the referrals he needed. I called every single month, requesting the referrals to be sent and it still took 11 months to get them done. It makes me sick that they treat veterans this way. Horrible to say the very least. I have been without my hearing aides for almost 3 months. I show up for my appointment and the rep at the desk is on a personal call with her boyfriend. So I stand there for another 5 mins. She then asks for my name and tells me my appointment was @ 1130. She called me the day prior and told me 1:30pm. Now they want me to reschedule for a 3rd time!!!
