Very clean, realativly new facility. Excellent treatment. Sometimes longwaits. The staff treat the Vets with respect.
Much nicer than the previous clinic in town, huge upgrade.
I’m now on week 3 of trying to get the correct medication. They are impossible to get on the phone and the VA messaging is taking six days to get a response. They need more people and to get away from the phone bank. This system isn’t working and in fact has become worse than during a pandemic. The only thing I can think of is that those with the ability to fix the problems don’t want it fixed. Contact your representatives and let them know the system they’re implementing is not working.
Absolutely terrible. Disregard any reason you call. Very dismissive. Never will you get someone that seems to care from nursing staff. Record every conversation with these people. By far the worst clinic I’ve ever had to deal with.
