Absolutely terrible. Disregard any reason you call. Very dismissive. Never will you get someone that seems to care from nursing staff. Record every conversation with these people. By far the worst clinic I’ve ever had to deal with.

I can't say enough good about the clinic and the staff. They are wonderful. I wish all VA clinics gave the same experience as this one. I would give them more stars, but 5 is the maximum!

Phone number just brings you to the main office in San Antonio. They either transfer you back into a loop or say they can’t transfer you to this office. Over a week of calls, tried every ext. It’s just a loop. You have to go in.

Got bloodwork done was told I had issues. Got more blood work done. Wasn’t told anything. Called. Emailed. Secured messaged. Went in person to ask what’s wrong. Told me to wait for a nurse. Waited an hour no one came to talk to me. Tried to schedule physical therapy from the surgery I had and was told someone would get a hold of me through a call. Has not happened. Went back in person and a line of Veterans were waiting with one person at the window talking on the phone about stuff not related to the VA or job.
