My 87 year old father had a blood pressure monitor that quit working. There is no telling how old his monitor was! :) We walked in to the annex and although my dad was not an established patient, he is a service-connected Vietnam Veteran and retired from the Army. After only about 15 minutes, he was able to walk out with a brand new blood pressure monitor. The assistant also made an appointment for him to establish care at the clinic. This is the VA clinic annex.
We got to the clinic and my husband’s appointment was cancelled and he didn’t receive any phone call to the fact.Then the person at the front desk is so rude and disrespectful treated us really bad.They should have people working there that want to help the veterans and their family members not treating them like they are garbage.
Called many times to get an appointment no call back and have been hung up on several times. Where can a veteran get help when the people that suppose to serve medical needs acts if we are a burden Temple VA is known for mistreating patients at this point I don't know what to do.
