I waited 45 minutes to see a provider who told me in under 5 minutes sit down, I need more tests in the future. Why that couldn't be told to me over the phone? Barb the patient advocate is as about as helpful as an asshole on your elbow. The phone system is awful. I waited for 22 minutes to talk to a human. The receptionist at clinic 2 is angry you use her to check in to you appointment rather than the computer. The only positive aspects are the other Veterans. Excellent Drs & Nurses! Excellent atmosphere! Excellent Surgical & daily care! The staff was wonderful & extremely helpful! Far better than Milwaukee!
