Awful AWFUL customer service. My husband has been trying to see his doctor for weeks now and they say they will call him back or they are waiting on something. They never call back. It's such a shame because he really likes his doctor but the nurses/front desk are not worth it. No wonder this facility has such low review.
This clinic misdiagnosed me and caused me serious medical issues. Only go here if you are young and healthy.
Quick and professional.
The VA seems to be allocating less resources towards this location because the patients are mostly elderly, Mexican, or Native. If they served this country they deserve the best this nation has to offer.
If you call for an appointment the desk staff needs the nurse to make sure it's ok to make it. This process is horrible.
