Check in/ out staff is great. The counselors are awesome! They get what you're saying. And always on time.
Impressed! I have only had the experience of an eye exam appointment and the initial sign-up for benefits, but so far everything has been exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are aware of benefits that you are entitled to - they suggest (even) otc medical supplies they provide, other medical care they can offer, etc. They have an app that you can track prescriptions and appointments - or to ask questions.
