Only been here twice so far. But both times went very well. Great staff and facility, super friendly and helpful.
My personal experience so far matches most of the good reviews here. Facility and staff seem great, understanding, respectful and helpful. Glad I went in.
The lab service is below standard. I was told to sit in the waiting area and would call me back momentarily. Times passes and nothing happens. No one came to the door or gave a status update. Even though I can hear 2 adult males chit chatting even after i knocked on the door. Nothing happens again. No one came out or anything other than the receptionist saying I'll send a message to them told again to wait by the lab.Even more time went by, and nothing was happening.
