The location is easy to find if you are familiar with the area. The size of the clinic makes my disability flare up. It’s too small, the rooms are small, the hallways are small. it’s poorly lit. They treat veterans that have flare ups not so good; calling the security staff to handle them instead of helping them like they should as medical professionals. Hmm.. Horrible horrible horrible experience
The entrance staff was less than completely unhelpful and totally rude!! Some kid... Hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm, but they won’t tell anybody that until you drive all the way out there... Staff just stood around staring at me while I went from person to person asking questions trying to get help from someone... anyone...
