I feel very bad for the Veterans trying to access care at this VA Hospital. I'm calling just trying to verify a fax number and address for a provider and have been transferred twice and cut off while trying get information. If this is how our Veterans are treated, it's a sad state of affairs. 12/30/25 at 9:53 am, so whomever is the operator at that time may need to look for a different profession.
I was treated on 3A. I saw two providers, one named Roxanne, one named Christy. They were the most dismissive, rude, and threatening. There was no compassion, care, anything positive. Absolutely awful. I cannot believe these two individuals chose to be in the veteran health care field, and choose to be terrible. They should lose their licenses. No veteran should go through what I went through.
