It’s horrible
Very helpful staff, care has been great. Sam & Kelly at the front desk are very helpful and explain and educate me when I dont understand the "VA way"
SUCH a big help: professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and able to provide LOTS of information about available resources. True story: It took me FAR less time to wait on hold and speak to a live person at the Casper VA Clinic than it did to speak to the staff at a for-profit health system (HonorHealth)!
