Mr. Steve Orr is very unprofessional and rude. He has always been this way. He gives quotes that he does not adhere to. He doesn't always write contracts, and in my case accused me of giving him the wrong measurements, which was not true. He only had to come and remeasure like he said he was. He rudely hung the phone up in my ear while I was trying to talk to him. I also had to pay for another day of labor because of the incorrect measurements he wrote down.
