I was denied care because I was from out of town.
They will not answer the phone. If you need anything you will need to drive there. Don't waste your time on this clinic, request community healthcare through the VA. It's better, quicker, and offers more resources. Save yourself a lot of heartache and avoid this clinic.
I had a scheduled appointment for 0800, just as they opened for service. I was immediately checked in and within 5 minutes the nurse called me to do the prelim readings, weight, BP, etc. A very quick response with almost no wait time. I saw my primary care physician, Dr. Carol Oliver. She saw me immediately and asked me about my reasons for the appointment. We discussed what she'd be doing during my exam.
