Over all not bad
I’ve been treated at this facility since 2013. I’ve had countless alarming and unhelpful encounters with doctors and staff. Veterans deserve competent, respectful care.
Wonderful people at the VA.
I am very disappointed in this facility. My Voc Rehab counselor (Ruth Merton) abandoned my file. She never followed up on anything. She would also purposely schedule an appointment then no-show. Not even a phone call. She then would try to say the days got switched up. I always confirm an appointment twice verbally to ensure that I have the correct date. I think the workers here are so overwhelmed that they can't keep up with their work requirements. It's a shame that so many of my follow veterans are being failed at this VA... read more
