I recently went to the Austin VA Clinic and it was a wonderful experience! The entire facility was immaculately kept, and all the staff I spoke with were very professional, kind, and informative. I was most impressed by how I was treated as a new patient by front desk Rep. Sylvia, Nurse Tanilia, Med. Student Cameron, and by Dr. Norton. They're all amazing ladies--please give them a raise--they deserve it!
