Much better than the old location. Overhauled the personnel as well.
Very friendly. Plenty of fliers that my friend never received in her own VA clinic. They offered me many services. My initial appointment was the full 2 hours. They listened and wrote down all of my issues. They really gave me hope and compassion compared to my previous civilian doctors.
Front office staff is sullen and comes across as resentful. Much more engaged front staff and brighter offices at other CBOC's in the area.
Been to several VA from West to east coast. This by far is very clean, friendly and caring. Thank you for your service to those that served.
Takes Weeks to be seen for anything. Phone Loop's and takes over a minute before you are even given any options to talk to a real person. the cut all my meds for a PTSD patient on disability and talked to me worse then the Army ever did these people want us to kill ourselves! DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU LOVE OR CARE ABOUT COME HERE!!!!
