This gym is great, the classes are fun and the teachers are very knowledgeable. They are flexible and the staff is very friendly. It’s a great gym.

Our son has been a part of Cathy's fit kids program for a over a year and a half. She is so great with the kids and keeping them active during their class. She is always encouraging them to give it their all and keep going! I highly recommend the fit kids program if you have energetic kids and want to help keep them active! I also highly recommend a session in the infrared sauna. It's a great way to wind down and relax while the kids are doing class!

My son and I have been training at V7 for almost a year now. We’ve done the kids classes, the adult fundamentals in bjj and mma, and the functional fitness classes. The only services I haven’t taken advantage of yet are the sauna and cold plunge in Pullman. Every class is top notch, every coach skilled and attentive. We love them. Gloria, Cathy, Nicolae, Daniel and Mathew are the coaches I have the most experience with, and I can say wholeheartedly that they are excellent at what they do. This has been the best gym I've been to by far. It is very obvious the coaches and instructors are very passionate about their students learning and growing. Their friendly environment has also made me gain confidence and grow as a person. I highly recommend this gym in the Moscow/Pullman area. Thanks V7!
