RecommendedHonestly has to be the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Was in last week to get the front end aligned after i did a complete rebuild. They didn’t really have the time to do it, they made time since I’m almost an hour from them. After working on it for a few hours they still weren’t happy with it but it was already after closing time so they got it as close as they could and told me to take it home and see how it feels and if it wasn’t right they would make it right! I have a Toyota Tacoma and requested a prinsu roof rack and light bar installed. No silicone was used even though myself and the instructions had it requested. The wire line from light bar to engine hood had the outer UV protection plastic shield removed and thin wires stuffed into place. A quick search of youtube showed how its supposed to be done with out degrading the product. none of the wires were trimmed, they were balled up in the corner of the engine bay. no attempt to save the battery terminal covers. Only place I will take my Jeep. Took my Jeep in for the wobble and they had it fixed quickly. Also gave me a heads up on the clutch needing replacement in the future but didn’t try to sell me on it immediately. 5 months later I can tell my clutch will need to be replaced shortly. Thank you guys.
I have a 2017 Chevy 3500 dually. I’m pretty particular on who works on my truck. Very nice and clean shop. Nice employees. Had me in and out with a new set of tires in no time. No issues. I highly recommend them.
Would not recommend for anything. Took Jeep in for alignment. They have called me 4 times to go over what needs to be done and still installed parts on wrong side. Sets my steering wrong with a negative pinion angle allowing for a horrible driveline vibration and Jeep darts to the right and doesn’t come back to center. They tell me that the alignment is perfect yet nothing is right. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!
