Before Erika, I was prone to injuries bc I was trying to do workouts not right for me. Her knowledge and experience have provided me with workouts that change as my needs change. Her guidance keeps my workouts going strong in the studio and even when I am out there on my own.

Love Erika and the ethos at V3. It’s very chill and incredibly personalized to my particular physical needs. Also I love her dog who is an integral part of my exercise program.
