Horrible communication. Tried to rent a property with 13 acres wooded and a shared driveway. No direction at all on the self guided tour as to how you get in the gate and no one to answer and help when stuck after driving 45 minutes. After I got approved on the application they pressured me to put deposit in right away and didn't call back at all after asking if could meet or at least talk to someone that could explain how the gate and shared driveway work, where the property lines and a few other questions anyone would want... read more
We found a house on Flavel in Pleasant Valley and I just loved it. I could easily imagine being a long term tenant. It was well within our budget. We decided to apply and were denied due to lack of income. I stay at home but my husband makes more than 4x the rent of the house. After seeing the denial letter, I called, confused because we submitted paystubs from my husbands job for the previous month as requested. We found a property we were excited to rent at 12012 SW Lausanne St. in Wilsonville. We liked the layout and location and wanted to apply. To the property owner, as I write this, your property has been listed on Zillow for 45 days with a $200 price drop. With better care it is worthy of the higher rental price. There was some damage I found during my self-guided your, but overall the layout was great.
