I actually have had a good experience....cost is good. Very few issues and the few I have had ..was handled quickly. Was paying hundreds more before V12 and far less leads and control of my listing or leads. My customer love to text....
The Worst company i've ever dealt , after taking video and evidence for months of V12 not doing there job, and calling in for the same issues over and over again for months, they cancel my account and dont even notify me, and then I call after not getting feeds for a week, and they start insulting me , and saying it will take another 2 days to get my account up , after talking to another supervisor . They act nice at first and once you give them money they treat you like a pimp , and slap you around and tell you to go back ... read more
Possibly the worse dealer software company in the world. We have been with them for a few years and the issues that they caused are mind boggling. For example, ebay changed their listing format from 21 days to 30 days and these people have no clue for months!!!! For months i cannot post an ad on ebay and called them over and over and when i did manage to speake to them, all they did was to tell me they will let the programmer know and get back to me. I would give a Negative Star if I could. We feel as though V12 has done nothing but take our money and lie to us from the beginning. The website they built us hasn't worked right from the beginning! Every time we call to get it fixed they tell us they will get right on it and get back to us, Nothing gets fixed and they don't call or email back!!! They have taken advantage of us just starting up!!! They refuse to be held accountable for nothing working and in my opinion owe us all of our money back for the last 6 months becau... read more
