Website hasnt worked for last month ahole gives me some dumb excuse why Website goes as slow as molasses when the website is supposedly working find a different website provider for your car dealership for sure

What a horrible company as far as the sales reps that contact dealerships. The same rep has called our office every day for weeks and when I was told to let them know we are not interested he got very rude. I can promise you if we were interested, we would go with anyone else. Lets hope the service after the sale would be better than the initial sales reps contacts.

customer service is almost none they have script they read or word tracks to make people go away until they fix a problem. I have been with them for almost 2 years the customer service has always been bad!!!! now the software has been having problems for over 2 weeks and all they will tell me is that it will be fixed soon! No timeframe no expectation as to when to look for a resolve. We have lost customers due to their system beeing down.

5 stars. My business was affected by covid-19. Mike called me out of the blue and offered me to try a new way to advertise my cars. I tried and it worked. When Mike asked me to write a review, I accepted. If you need to adapt your business to these new conditions, you may want to give it a shot too. It works for me. It might work for you too.

I think V12 is a good product and company. I have been with them for 2 years and I have had a good experience and I have been able to grow my sales. I give them 4 stars, not 5 stars, because sometimes, I have to wait few minutes to get someone on the phone. (they always call back, but I am the type of person that need to get someone on the phone on the spot).

Im using Facebook marketplace and Facebook banners ads. I also do a little of Craigslist. It's working for me. Easy to use. Good customer service. And I forgot to say. Best prices ever. I used to use another DMS that was charging me much more. 5 stars. I recommend V12 to dealers, especially if they have 30-50 cars like me.

Jack called me out of the blue. I already had a website and was posting on facebook. He sold me on ad360, a new way to advertise all over the web. I was a bit sceptical, but decided to give it a go. I can say it is an amazing advertising way. It did 2 things for me. It brought me new leads daily and I could decide how many leads I want per week. That by itself is amazing. It also brought me people that saw my cars a while back and "forgot" to follow up with us. I strongly recommend it.

Ive been a client for years and V12 always delivered on their promises. Lately, they came up with a new product that advertise my cars to autobuyers before they even start looking at my competitors. When Jack called me to introduce me to this new way to advertise, Im glad I took him on his offer. I give them V12 a 5 stars.

I used them and I am still using them. I signed up for their ad360, with is digital ads. Jack is my rep. The setup was done few days later and my campaigns started within a week. I started getting leads for my specific cars. After a month, I checked how much I spent in advertising with them and how many cars I sold, and I can tell you, it is good. really good. I recommend Jack to anyone who want to do banners ads on facebook and instagram.
