After going for my first time. Was greeted at the door, and walked over to the bike We had seen online. From there, the salesman was rude, did not take the time of day to make myself or my friend (who had cash in hand for the bike he was looking at.. a 13,000 bike at that.) feel welcome. He made comments on how one bike was not good but other one was etc (all opinions. He was just strong with his opinion.) when we mentioned insurance for a test ride. Excellent service from the Parts & Service Departments.
The staff at V1 Moto are patient. That's the most important thing I look for when shopping for a very expensive item. They had to work with me to get my financing situation straightened out, but they were very patient and friendly throughout the entire process. They were also willing to beat any competitor's price by a significant amount, so I saved a lot of money on the 2 Hondas I've bought there. I will always go to V1 Moto first. Hey Allen, thanks brother! My wife and I are having a blast!
I don't recommend going whilst everyone is at lunch. Luis was the only one professional to give a courtesy call back. Owner writes me back basically slaps me in the face with a "southern" I'm sorry and a "Northern" it's my fault. Then blocks all replys. WhatEvR! We're happy with the service we received elsewhere. Wednesday done.
