I have been going here for years. But I will not go back. Every time I get an older lady and every time she makes me bleed, ripped up my cuticles and then used the file block over the raw skin. I thought I was in luck today when I had a different girl but she bailed on me as soon as a customer wanting nail art came in. So I was left with the older lady again. I’ve been going here for years but my last visit was my absolute last! The nail tech got upset and started filing my skin. When I said ouch. She proceeded to tell me that it doesn’t hurt and started demonstrating filing her own skin. As she was doing that my finger started to bleed. Even with my finger bleeding she didn’t say sorry she just stated she wouldn’t file my nails at all vs just folding my skin back like you’re taught in any nail licensing program. Unbelievable! Made me feel horrible the way I was spoken to.
Just got a mani/padi... The basic! My technician was an older male... Totally forgot his name, but he did an amazing job! And I love how he shaped my toes and nails! There prices were reasonable, can't complain! 😊I will return 😀
The main guy was horrible literally was feeling like a kid was painting my nails I had paint all over my hands French tip uneven and not done correctly if I can give zero I would highly dissatisfied honestly think it was a skill set issue then he say I was killing him
I’ve been going here for several years yesterday experience was horrible i complained and the manager yelled at me I asked for my nails to be as close to picture as possible and they don’t . I do not recommend I will not be going back after being yelled at because I was a unsatisfied paying customer. Not the shape I wanted and thick and messy. Photos speak for themselves. Very disappointed😖
