I had a bad experience with Lilly she was so rude , very disrespectful and unprofessional !!!
Staff is friendly, talented and provide amazing customer service! I’ve had my nails done by a few technicians at v and v and never had a bad experience. Sam, Vanessa, Jacquelyn, lilly, Peter, Tina, and Sophia are all amazing. I just love the way Jennie does my nails! She is sweet, always smiling, consistent, delivers exactly what you ask for and is very articulate with your nails.
