I brought a group of five people into V & V Nail Bar in Hillsboro, and we completely regretted not taking our money elsewhere. On top of the awful service, nobody here is friendly or welcoming. I went in for a pedicure and paid extra for a French tip, but the nail technician assigned to me clearly had no idea what she was doing. She actually refused to cut my toenails, claiming that if she cut them, she wouldn't be able to do the French tip. Love to come to this place to do my manicure and pedicure!!!!
My mom went today and had a bad experience ever since she got there, her appointment was at 3:00 PM and she ended up getting attended at 3:36 PM. Apart from that they made her wait an extra 10 minutes in the work station. The service that she asked for was done poorly and you can tell right away that the acrylic was not done right, and the nails were not at an even level either. Wouldn’t come back after this experience.
