Counter help is rude and unhelpful. Even had the bulb in hand with the part # and still would not look for it. So much for customer service!
Went in to V&V today to pick up a washer belt. The girl at the counter needed a part #. Proceeded to ask me for it. Showed no signs of wanting to help. Then her boss came to the counter and proceeded to berate me. I left without purchasing anything. Rozman brothers in Steelton took immediate and very good care of me. Will NEVER use v&v again
I like the nice people I will go back again thank you all
