Chris did a great job on my ‘26 CVO Street Glide. He walked me through the whole process asking what i want to accomplish, how i ride, etc. Ended up doing intake, exhaust, cams, new ECM with a tune. I had a few hiccups (lack of knowledge on my end). Chris texted me right back explaining everything and really helped me out. Bike had some issues down the road (again not their fault) he still took care of it. Thanks guys.
If there was a zero star or a negative option that would be my choice. Horrible customer service. I ordered a throttle body, intake manifold. My tracking showed a complete order, how ever my throttle body was not there. I never received an email stating two different shipments or a phone call. I reach out and eventually get a response stating there will be separate packages. Once installed i figure out the throttle body has issues. I was asked to return it overnight at my cost. I have a 2018 Road Glide, Villa Park Harley-Davidson did a full Screaming Eagle kit, piston flipped in front cylinder, Harley would not warranty it. Went to V-Twin Powersports, they did a complete motor rebuild, clutch, chain drive. Price and timing was great 4K miles later NO issues. LOVE these guys!!!!
