Horrible! They are nice but when it comes to do their job nahh they don’t even know how to do a French tip on my toes. They look so ugly and she try to fix them but I was telling her what it was need to be fixed and nothing was solved, it was the same thing she couldn’t get the French tip right, and also the base color of my nails were all messy and they left it like that so at this point I was done, when I paid she pointed the receipt at me so I can put a tip, and I say no im good and she got upset, im sorry but im not givi... read more

The worst acrylic mess ! Bumps, sloppy, crooked. And putting my hands on an old filthy phone book. There was left over nail clippings on the table.

I am very very disappointed with the acrylic nails I paid for. I asked for an almond set with a solid pink color and my nails were crooked with bumps and air bubbles in the polish, and it was very poorly done. It is by far the worst nail set I have ever paid for. Now, I will give credit where it is due and their pedicure service was nice. It wasn’t the best or worst pedicure I have received.

Deluxe pedicure was great! She took her time, used the grater, sugar scrubbed my legs, hot towels, used the dremal to get rid of the ugly patchy white spots on my nails, no nicks or cuts, I am very pleased and have been to many places here in Tri Cities looking for someone that can compare to my place in West Seattle.

Update: the first date looks everything fine but days after looks and feel to dry, and damage my cuticle. . This morning I did my manicure and pedicure (not colors), Janet did an excellent job, she was kind and gentle with me. I recommend this business!
