Older lady started my pedicure and didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. She kept poking my cuticles and ripping on my nails. I told her to stop as she was really hurting me. Here's a clue, if your client is squirming around in their chair you are hurting them. How can the owners of this salon be this obtuse. A younger woman took over and she was slightly better. Walked in with the wife for a pedicure and got in right away. Staff is super nice and friendly, the shop was clean and inviting. The service was top notch and I felt feeling a lot better then when I showed up.
Horrible! They are nice but when it comes to do their job nahh they don’t even know how to do a French tip on my toes. They look so ugly and she try to fix them but I was telling her what it was need to be fixed and nothing was solved, it was the same thing she couldn’t get the French tip right, and also the base color of my nails were all messy and they left it like that so at this point I was done, when I paid she pointed the receipt at me so I can put a tip, and I say no im good and she got upset, im sorry but im not givi... read more
The worst acrylic mess ! Bumps, sloppy, crooked. And putting my hands on an old filthy phone book. There was left over nail clippings on the table.
