So my wife and I wanted a 90-day home workout that we can realistically do everyday. V Shred claims that they have individualized workouts based on your gender, body type, and goals-so we each bought it. Turns out, the workouts are exactly the same. Not only are they the same, but the first month is the same exact workouts on a weekly rotation. I was very hesitant trying something like this at first but am extremely happy that I did. I have an excellent trainer in Kathryn. She answers all my questions quickly and honestly. She has made me feel real at ease with this program and doesn’t push me if I’m at ease about something. If I can’t do an exercise, she will replace it with a different exercise. She has also changed something that I didn’t like in my menu and has managed to work something in that I wanted. She found a way to do it so it wouldn’t hurt my progress.... read more
