We purchased a new home from Northridge in August 2020. V&S did the plumbing in the house. After we moved in we noticed the water heater exhaust fan was very noisy to the point of having to turn it off during the night so we could sleep. Northridge agreed the fan was noisy and had V&S order a new fan. V&S came out to install the new fan but brought the wrong one.
