Came here to do Pedicure and asked about ingrown nails trimming. They don’t have experience with ingrown nails and asked me to go the doctor for it. I have been cutting them in nail salon for the past many years. If I want to go to the doctor I would have done do without coming here. They were also rude about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place for your nails, especially if you have ingrown nails because they can’t do it.
This was an extremely disappointing experience and honestly made me feel singled out. I had already entered the store, and the staff had begun preparing my service (everything was already set up), when I was suddenly told that there was a reservation and I had to leave. This is completely unacceptable. If there was a reservation, why wasn’t I informed when I first arrived? Why wait until I was already about to start the service to ask me to leave? I was disappointed with the hygiene during my appointment. At one point, the technician used her own fingernail to press and shape my nail instead of using a tool. This felt unsanitary and unprofessional. Even though I wasn’t injured, it made me uncomfortable, and I believe proper tools should always be used for sanitary reasons.
A horrible experience would not recommend at all
Janet is amazing for dip nails. I love to go see her on my lunch breaks. When I need a super relaxing day I add a pedicure and massage. Highly recommend. If you can't find parking, go down underground into the garage.
