Came in with an inspo picture of what i wanted, pink french tips with pink sparkles on them. Picked out my colors, the lady spoke absolutely no english, swapped out my pink sparkles for silver, i told her 4 times I did not want silver and pointed to the pink. She then pointed to the chair and continued to grab silver. All I got was a gel manicure because my nails are long as is. She did not reshape or file my nails, multiple are different sizes and shapes now. Nail lengths also do not match with the opposite hand. Left with ... read more
The nail shape is curvy on top and aren't all rounded the same. Didn't last 2 weeks before chipping and were not done well. Had multiple people look and ask where I got them done when going to another place to get them fixed.
