Been having issues with my 2013 Impala, Took it in to have V&S take a look. Jeff called me in the afternoon to let me know what he had found. He told me give Chevy a call they may cover it under warranty. I did just as he suggested, and yes, Chevy did cover it under warranty. You will never find a more honest garage!! Thanks Jeff!!.
9 year customer and won't go anywhere else. My one car had (has) a power steering leak. First estimate from someone else was 900.00 (9 years ago) Jeff's price was cheaper but he said honestly it wasn't so bad that I could just try some ps fluid with stop leak in it. He knew I didn't have that kind of money. I am still running it with just the stop leak every couple of months. Never talks down to me as a female or tries to pull one over on me.
Recently brought my jeep to Jeff for a second opinion on an estimate I received. He was up front and honest with me, which is what I have heard from everyone. Will continue to go back to this garage, they are great.
The best, most honest place to get your car serviced. I can't rave enough about Jeff and his crew. Outstanding. We will never take our cars anywhere else.
