March 27th I pulled into VP’s animal with six week old puppies needing vaccines for all 6 and fecals for certain puppies that would be leaving the following week due to the threats of state line closures. My puppies were taken in and as I was getting Vivi out I was told by a staff member that I wasn’t welcome inside. Our hospital is currently, and during the time of your visit, following pandemic guidelines suggested by the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association, the AVMA, and the CDC, which is curbside service only. We made your pet’s records available to you as per your request; they were never picked up. Our hospital has sent you a certified letter regarding your pets’ records. not judge or profile their customers. watched the vet walk across the street to talk to her officer friend to tell him she thought I was inebriated. then he pulled me over less than a minute later and asked me if I was and when I called to get an explanation she denies even making the assumption 🤷 not even an apology! completely felt body shamed just because I left the house without makeup and wearing sweats. They're not even wearing masks or gloves to top it off!!!

Everyone at VP's is so friendly and helpful. I used their groomer Jackie last Friday and she done a fantastic job. I showed her a photo of how I wanted Ruby to look and she looks adorable. I am taking my daughter's dog to see Jackie May 3rd. I highly recommend this clinic/groomer. I give them 5 STARS.
I just started using them BUT these people are so very very nice and compassionate. I had to leave my baby yesterday and it was so very hard but knowing she was with this WONDERFUL group of people made it a little easier. I just Pray my baby will be ok. I am so thankful that I was referred to them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR BEING SO VERY KIND AND COMPASSIONATE🐶
