I visited this establishment on Black Friday. We had reservations for 7 people at 6pm. We arrived a few minutes early and were greeted quickly by the hostess and promptly seated. The atmosphere is wonderful. The waitress came quickly to the table to welcome us and take our drink order. Drinks came out in a very timely manner. Celebrated my wife's birthday at V Paul's tonight and it was wonderful!! Food was excellent.. Chef Tricia is amazing! Service was spot on..Catherine was great! Great value for the quality of food and dining experience! Will definitely be back soon!!!

Food was awesome but the service for table of 16 was the worse we had reservation for 5:45 but didn't eat til 8pm. We were missing 2 meals , drinks were 15-30 mins to table . We asked to speak to manager, owner cane to table ,apologized comped the 2 late meals but really didn't compensate for the 3 hour service , again the food was satisfying

He likes to personally discuss any issues with customers to ensure they don't take place in the future.

What a lovely evening! Our "wine steward" was the owner, Paul, who then proceeded to give us a galley tour and a peek into the extensive and impressive wine cellars. The food exceeded my expectations; I felt like I was back in Italy. V Paul's, welcome to Pensacola, we are lucky to have you here. We joined the wine group--can't wait to come back.
