This company is highly recommended! We have gone to multiple estate. Sales and Patton is always the best ..very friendly, well organized, good security, Very accommodating to customers. They address every detail, especially parking so that driveways or fire hydrants are not blocked. They have multiple contacts to help them promote the sale. We have visited a lot of estate sales, but the V Patton is definitely the best of them. The owners are very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Items are nicely organized, priced fair and at the same time attractive which assures that they will sell quickly. It is always a pleasurable and fun experience. Highly recommended!

Beware of this auction house. I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran who waited till Sunday the last day of the auction where everything was fill a bag for five dollars I filled 17 bags and they tried to charge me $175 when I questioned them, they disrespected me, insulted me, and became very aggressive with me. when I asked Phil why his wife acted like that he said we’re trying to make money too.
